Day 15: Dancing the Day Away!!

7:00AM.....and I snuck(is that a word?) downstairs quietly.....started the coffee maker with some freshly ground beans in the filter......and then as I sipped the dark morning elixir I read some of the morning online newspapers, as well as checking my email. You should know all of this already, if you are a daily follower of this blog......right???

I awakened the 1st Lady at 7:50AM....as she had her Line Dancing classes this morning......so, she left TheHowserHouse at 8:50 for the Rec Hall. Those of us not attending these classes can watch the class on the Resort's closed circuit tv.....they have at least 15 channels broadcasting all day and night. The billiards room, swimming pools, laundry room, golf club pro shop, golf club cafe, rec hall, entrance gates, tennis courts, and several others are on this closed circuit. Soooo, you can always check out these various places to see if there is a spot for you should want to use the facilities at that particular location.

After my morning rituals.....I decided it was time to get busy and get the 1st Lady's pc up to date with her Norton anti-virus protection, which was due to expire this weekend. Since I had just purchased my Norton 360 protection last month, I am able to install it on three pc's.....so, I first had to un-install the version she had on her pc. Then......with no icon on my account on Norton which would allow me to download the version onto her pc......I had to search and search and search to find a telephone number for Norton. Finally, I found it, but first had to fill out a form explaining exactly what my issue/problem was/is......and only then could I retreive the phone number from their website. Along with this number, I was given a "priority number" which allowed me to not have to wait in line for some undetermined amount of time. Within less than one minute I was talking with some service agent in India........and, to make a long, long story short........after a bit over two hours of working with this individual, as well as he "taking control of my computer" from India, I had her anti-virus protection on her pc and working properly.

Then I decided to go ahead and get our router for TheHowserHouse set up. This didn't really take as long as I thought it would, and soon we can now both use our computers on wifi from anywhere in the RV, or out on the patio.......with much faster speed than using the Resort's wifi!!! GREAT!!!!

I finished all of these technical things by 12 noon.....and soon the 1st Lady returned from the Rec Hall........dragging her rear!!!! Was she ever TIRED!!!!!! Three hours of line dance classes and she was really, really tired. We had a quick, light lunch......we left for Casa del Sol and two hours of square dance lessons. WOW.....today was a great two hours......all of our friends from last year have arrived in the valley, minus two from Edmunton, Alberta, who are wintering in California and Arizona this year.......shame on you Doug/Diane!!!! It was about 4pm when we returned to TheHowserHouse....and we quickly decided it was time for a drink with friends....and so we walked across the street to Pete and Jane's rv.......and we warmly welcomed.

Soon the events of the day were being discussed and laughed about as we told about our days. Soon, Buzz and Moe joined us....and soon their RV was rockin' and rollin' as we laughed and laughed.....more and more with each glass of wine!!! By 6:30....we had made plans for tomorrow.....and we'll see if these plans come to fruition!

Can't you tell what I'm about to say after reading all of the above????? "You betcha" (a quote from some Alaskan politician)......and you are quite correct!

LIFE IS JUST INCREDIBLY GREAT!!!!!......And, I hope it is for all of you, also!!!!!
