Day 29: Dancing the Day away........

Once again, the 1st Lady was up at 6:30am......and I remained awake from that time forward. A cold front blew through in the wee hours of the morning......and inside it was very cool when she got ready to go to her Tai Chi class at 7am. I turned on the furnace, climbed back into bed, and waited until TheHowserHouse warmed up before I became vertical for the day.

She returned about 8am, went through her morning rituals, and then by a few minutes after 9, she was headed back to the Rec Hall Line Dance classes......which lasted until 12 noon!!!! She certainly has my admiration for being soooooo dedicated to these classes.......even at that early hour of 7am for those Tai Chi classes, which she is really, really enjoying!!! And.....I am glad she is doing all of these classes.......

We had a quick lunch when she came in at noon......and then it was off to Casa Del Sol for our square dance lessons for the next two hours. These classes we are enrolled in are for the level above the mainstream sq. dancing......and are quite a bit more difficult. The calls/moves are quite a bit more complex.....and this becomes a REAL mental challenge when the tempo becomes faster!! You HAVE to be alert and not talking to get through each tip......quite a challenge!!!

Afterwards we stopped at Reys Meat Market on Salinas Street......picked up two more of those amazing T-bone steaks, as well as a pound of freshly ground hamburger. A quick stop at Walgreen's and then we were home by 4pm. We kicked back for about 45 minutes....and then walked over to Pete's RV.....and visited with them for about an hour.

We hurridly ate a quick sandwich....and then headed to Rec Veh RV Park for an evening square dance. Lots of people there tonight.....33 couples.....and the next two hours were just sooooo damn much fun!!!!!!!!!! I really, really enjoyed this evening!!!! I could do this every night........I just wish everyone could have an opportunity to try this wonderful "sport".........it takes soooo much mental concentration, but also there are soooo many hilarious things that occur during the tips of two dances each.

We returned to TheHowserHouse a little after 10 this evening.......and we are now just relaxing, feet up and dancing all day.......and looking forward to tomorrow. Plans are to go to Gonzales's Hamburger place...........can't wait!!!!! And, you know.........as always....

LIFE IS JUST REALLY, REALLY GREAT!!!!!.....And, I hope it is for all of you, also!!!!!!
