Hmmmm, the pictures you have seen below were all taken at our Cedar Creek RGV Breakfast.....and oh my!!! WHAT a great time we had during that one hour plus!!!!! I do believe that the rest of the customers in that particular room at IHOP were all jealous of the wonderful time we were having at our elongated table....... It was fun to get everyone together and especially to meet Jerry and Faye who are fulltiming in their Cedar Creeek!!! This will be an annual event for Cedar Creekers in the RGV!!!!
Returning home, we dropped Pete and Jane off at their Cedar Creek here at Llano Grande.....and then we went home....and before we knew what was happening, it was time to go to Alamo Rec-Veh Park for our square dance class. WOW.......we barely stopped for the next two hours.......great, great fun as we are now finished with the 60+ basic calls.....and will "graduate" on Saturday of this week. I continue to say how MUCH fun this is.......and hopefully, some of you will take an opportunity to give this fun activity a chance and try it!!!
After the class, we came back to TheHowserHouse.......and shortly after, we got onto our bikes and rode over to Pete and Jane's site.....where we enjoyed a great Happy Hour(s), sitting on their patio until the cool winds began to chill us down a bit, even with the warmth from the wine and mixed drinks warming us. I suggested that we go have a bite to eat.......so, the 1st Lady and I rode back to our site....and a few minutes later Pete and Jane picked us up and off we went to Fat Daddy's!!!
The 1st Lady and I had the half rack of baby back ribs........WOW!!!! ANOTHER great decision!!! Sooooo very good, incredible BBQ sauce on the side, and a huge portion of that wonderful potato salad........a really, really great meal! We came back to the resort.....Pete and Jane joined us inside TheHowserHouse.....and we talked, laughed, and looked at a few of our Egypt trip pictures and the evening just disappeared!!!!??? Our wonderful friendship......brought about by our association through the Cedar Creek RV Owners Club.......just becomes stronger and more fun with each passing hour that we spend with each other!!!
The day has been amazing!!!! Breakfast with great friends........dancing with great friends......and drinks and dinner with great friends.........OMG, what more can we ask for???!!!!! WHAT a way to spend a winter!!!!!
LIFE IS REALLY, REALLY GREAT!!!!!!......And, I hope it is for all of you, also!!!!
