Thursday, Oct. 1, 2009: Yesterday...and....Today!!

Wow.....did yesterday ever slip by rapidly!!!! "Slip" probably isn't the best definitive word to be used, but I looked up yesterday afternoon and it was 4pm!!!! UGH!!! I had spent almost all day on the cleaning of the inside of the RV.....bathroom, kitchen, fridge, living room, dining area, floors, carpets, scrubbing the vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom, etc., etc., etc. Then I also took many of the things out of the basement of the RV and put them in their proper "stick and brick" storage areas.

By later afternoon, we paused for dinner....and then spent the evening with our good friends, Dave and Sue Hanner. It was a time for trying to catch up on their past two months, as well answering their questions about our past two months.......soooooo damn much to discuss, to learn, and to meditate upon after we returned home last night. It is soooooo very difficult for others who do not have an RV to understand why our Life of traveling is sooooooo damn wonderful!!!!! Like most things, you must experience it to really, really understand it.......words become useless in discussing how RVing makes one feel. However, one word can sum it up: FREE!!!!!!

Today....the 1st Lady and I went down to visit with Michael, and then spent the afternoon with Becky and Rachel. We took them out to dinner, along with Becky's brother Brian......going to Ruby Tuesday's...and had a good meal there. Rachel is growing and becoming quite the young lady.......what a joy she is!!!!

By this time tomorrow evening, the house will be filled as Dr Jeni/Darrel and Meghan, Ava, and Max will be here for the weekend!!! GREAT!!!!! I understand Max is in to EVERYTHNG, so we will most likely do some "hiding" of some of the breakables that we have laying around.......good idea, don't you think????

I need to get my 68 hairs trimmed up tomorrow, as well as check on the repair of the fireplace in the RV....and see if it can be done cheaper than purchasing a new one. Also need to return a couple of items to Lowe's while I am in Farmington. Another busy day is forecast for this sagging hulk of Me!!!!!

And......you know, don't you??? As always.......

LIFE IS JUST REALLY INCREDIBLY GREAT!!!!!!......And, I hope it is for all of you, also!!!!!
