SUMMER weather....the first week of June?????

WOW....WOW.......the heat, the humidity, the storms which seem to be here in ALL seasons now......"the times, the times they are a-changing". What a true statement by someone!!!

Today.......OMG, I slept soooo deeply that it was almost 8am when my eyelids began to open....and I realized just how "late" it had become. I must have really been catching-up last night without realizing just how tired I was.....

Soooo, after several gallons of French Roast coffee this morning....well, maybe not that much.....I began to get some more things done for the upcoming departure of TheHowserHouse. I did some loading of some kitchen items....edible items as well as utensils. STRANGE.......we have purchased enough utensils and gadgets for the kitchen in TheHowserHouse so that we wouldn't have to carry them back and forth to the stick and brick kitchen......however, for some reason many of the things in the RV somehow wind up inside the house!!!??? And so.....we have to take inventory each time we prepare to leave to make sure we are not leaving anything we must have....back in the stick and brick. UGH!!!!!! I DO get tired of this routine........

I did a bit of yard work this afternoon.....not much, because I cannot use my right arm/shoulder for any pushing or pulling or lifting or......?? Sooo, just some general week clipping around plants and the privacy fencing. I do have a REALLY reliable young man hired to mow the lawn while we are on the road......Seth Goldsmith!!! I am excited that he will be doing this task.......and it may come to the point where he will be our permanent lawn boy, if my shoulder does not heal(?).

This evening.....just seems that I have laid around, drank some tea(had my dark red medicine earlier).....and dozed off and on. Nothing exciting about the tellie these summer nights........I am already missing some of the shows we were "hooked" on during the winter season.

The 1st Lady will return tomorrow evening......and then the final loading will take place. We have to be gone Sunday morning to go see Mike.....and by the time we return there won't be much time left to do anything.

I have checked the alarm systems in, and around, the house.....to make certain that everything is working the way things were meant to work!!!!!! Sooooo, with TheHowserHouse still dirty and not washed nor waxed for a toooooo long length of time....I guess it will still tow ok. Just can't wash it with this bum shoulder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DAMN!!!!!

And so....another day and evening without any predicted storms hitting us here, and that IS something to be thankful for! GREAT!!!!! And.....as always.....

LIFE IS REALLY, REALLY GREAT!!!!!........And, I hope it is for all of you, also!!!
